It does not fade. High-temperature sublimation transfer bonds the ink into the porcelain glaze as a vapour, so the print cannot be scratched off and will not fade under normal use. Following our care advice, it keeps its original vibrancy for years.

Yes. Printing follows the colours of your logo or artwork. For corporate work, share a Pantone reference and we will stay faithful to your brand colour. Double-sided printing is standard on all our products.

Yes, our products are dishwasher safe. To get the longest life out of the print we recommend a low-temperature programme and a non-abrasive detergent. Hand washing extends the life of colour-changing mugs further.

You can pay by credit or debit card (PayTR secure payment with 3D Secure) or by bank transfer. Companies paying by bank transfer receive a 5% discount, applied automatically at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery. All prices include 20% VAT; shipping is charged separately.

We sell three porcelain office sets: the Complete Set, the Set with Bowls and the Starter Set. Each set's contents and price are listed on its product page. We do not sell individual items. Special pricing applies to orders of 50 sets and above — request a quote from our contact page.

The lead time on all products is 7 business days, counted from the moment you approve the digital proof. Shipping is not included in the product price and is added at checkout. For bulk orders we confirm the delivery date separately in writing.

Yes. On our design page you can rotate a 3D preview 360° and see your logo on the product. We also provide free graphic design support: if your logo isn't print-ready, our team prepares it. A digital proof is shared before production, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Because these products are custom-made for you, they fall outside the standard right of return unless there is a printing fault or the item arrives broken or defective. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, report it with a photo and we will either reproduce it free of charge or refund you.

Yes. At checkout, select Corporate as the invoice type and enter your company title, tax office and tax identification number. If you are registered for e-invoicing, simply tick the relevant box. Save these details once in your account settings and they will be filled in automatically on future orders.

Yes. Delivery and billing addresses are entered separately at checkout, so you can bill your head office or accounting address while shipping elsewhere. To send the delivery to another branch or person, just fill in the recipient name and phone fields. A postal code is never required.
